- mango1 unitpeeled and cubed
- strawberries1 unitstems removed and berries halved
- kiwi1 unitpeeled, sliced
- oranges1 unitpeeled and cut into bite sizes
- 1/3 cup
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- ground ginger or minced fresh ginger3/4 tsp

Combine fruits in large serving bowl.
