Fruit Salsa Dip
This recipe comes from an Estate Sale and were obtained when The Family Collection from The Wetzel Estate in Plano, Texas was purchased in 1982.

Dice the tomato into small cubes, removing excess seeds and juice, and place in a large mixing bowl.

Add the peeled and segmented orange pieces to the bowl, breaking larger segments into bite-sized chunks.

Slice the peeled kiwis into thin half-moons or small chunks and add to the bowl.

Dice the avocado into cubes and add to the bowl, tossing gently to distribute evenly.

Add the coarsely chopped red onion and mince the jalapeno peppers, removing seeds if a milder heat is preferred, then add both to the bowl.

Roughly chop the cilantro and add to the fruit mixture.

Sprinkle the garlic salt over all ingredients and toss gently but thoroughly until all components are evenly combined and dressed.

Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, then transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers.
