- jalapeno peppers1 or 2 unitchopped finely

- California avocados2 unitchopped
- strawberries1 quartchopped
- kiwi fruit3 unitchopped

Method

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water to cool completely.

Combine the chopped mangoes, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, California avocados, strawberries, and kiwi fruit in a large mixing bowl.

Squeeze the limes to extract about 1/3 cup of juice and pour over the fruit mixture, stirring gently to coat all ingredients without crushing the avocados.

Add the cooled pasta to the fruit salsa mixture and toss carefully until all components are evenly combined.
