Combine sour cream, Italian salad dressing, salt, black pepper, and sugar in a large mixing bowl, stirring until smooth and well blended.

Stir the finely chopped onion into the sour cream mixture until evenly distributed.

Add the drained green beans and cooked rice to the bowl, folding gently until all ingredients are coated with the dressing.

Fold in the crumbled cooked bacon, being careful to distribute it evenly throughout the salad.
