Combine orange flavored yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice concentrate, curry powder, and salt in a large bowl, whisking until smooth and well blended.

Add the cooled cooked rice to the dressing and fold gently until all grains are evenly coated.

Segment the large seedless orange by cutting off both ends, removing the peel and white pith, then carefully separating the segments from the membranes over a bowl to catch any juice.

Thinly slice the medium banana and immediately fold it into the rice mixture along with the orange segments and any collected juice to prevent browning.

Fold in the plumped raisins and chopped celery until evenly distributed throughout the salad.
