Honey Walnut Dressing

Method

Heat butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and celery to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked rice (prepared in chicken broth) to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.

Stir in the raisins and chopped walnuts, mixing evenly throughout the dressing.

Sprinkle salt, ground cinnamon, and ground black pepper over the mixture and stir well to distribute the spices.

Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the dressing and stir until fully incorporated.

Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the dressing is heated through and the flavors meld together.
