Peel the bananas and break them into chunks, then peel and segment the orange, removing any seeds or pith.

Peel the kiwis and cut them into quarters to prepare for blending.

Add the banana chunks, orange segments, kiwi pieces, frozen strawberries, and frozen blueberries to a blender.

Pour 1 to 2 cups of orange juice into the blender, starting with 1 cup and adding more if a thinner consistency is preferred.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and uniform, approximately 3 to 5 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
