Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with oil or cooking spray.

Thaw the frozen strawberries at room temperature for 5 minutes until they begin to release their juices, then drain them in a fine-mesh strainer, reserving the liquid.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and oil until well combined.

Stir the drained strawberries and reserved strawberry liquid into the egg mixture.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda with a whisk or fork.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a spatula until just combined; do not overmix.

Gently fold the chopped walnuts into the batter until evenly distributed.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with only a few moist crumbs.
