Combine low fat mayonnaise, prepared mustard, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl to create the base sauce.

Add the finely chopped turkey breast to the sauce and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.

Fold in the tart dried cherries, shredded carrot, seeded cucumber, and minced onion into the turkey mixture until well combined.

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side, or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 1 minute until pliable.
