Method

Combine tomato juice and pineapple juice in a large mixing bowl.

Add chopped mango, papaya, pineapple, and cucumber to the juice mixture and stir gently to combine.

Fold in the chopped green bell pepper and red bell pepper until evenly distributed.

Add minced fresh cilantro, salt, and hot sauce (starting with ½ tsp) to the gazpacho and stir well to incorporate.

Taste the gazpacho and adjust the hot sauce level to desired spiciness, adding up to an additional ½ tsp if needed.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and chill thoroughly before serving.
