Mince the garlic cloves finely and combine with lemon juice, salt, and olive oil in a large bowl to create the marinade.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, stirring well to coat all pieces evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.

Remove the marinated lamb from the refrigerator and thread the cubes onto metal or wooden skewers, alternating with green pepper squares, tomato cubes, and onion wedges to create an even distribution.

Preheat the grill or broiler to high heat, ensuring the grates or pan are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

Place the skewers on the hot grill or under the broiler, positioning them about 10 cm from the heat source. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes to ensure even charring and cooking on all sides.
