All-purpose Spice Mix

Method

Crumble the chicken bouillon cube into fine powder using the back of a spoon or a mortar and pestle.

Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, paprika, poppy seeds, dried parsley, onion flakes, garlic powder, celery seed, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.

Add the crushed bouillon powder to the bowl and stir all ingredients together with a whisk or fork until evenly distributed.

Break up any clumps by pressing them gently against the side of the bowl with the back of a spoon to ensure a uniform texture.

Transfer the spice mix to an airtight container or glass jar with a tight-fitting lid, pressing gently to remove excess air.

Label the container with the contents and date, then store in a cool, dark place away from heat and moisture for up to 3 months.
