Ingredients
- tomatoes6 unitchopped coarsely
- jalapeno peppers2 unitchopped finely
- Onion1 largechopped
- chopped or sliced black olives½ Cup
- ¼ Cup
- ¼ Cup
- bunch cilantro1 unitchopped
- or to taste salt1 tsp
- ¼ Cup
- ripe California avocados2 unitchopped
Method

Combine the chopped tomatoes, finely chopped jalapeno peppers, and chopped onion in a large bowl.

Add the black olives, chopped garlic, and chopped cilantro to the bowl and mix gently to combine.

Drizzle the rice vinegar and vegetable oil over the mixture and stir well to distribute evenly.

Season with salt to taste, starting with 1 teaspoon and adjusting as needed.

Gently fold in the chopped avocados just before serving to prevent them from breaking down and browning.

Let the salsa rest for 10 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
