Glazed Grilled Fruit Salsa

Prepare a grill or grill pan and preheat to medium-high heat. Thread the banana chunks, pineapple chunks, and papaya chunks onto skewers, alternating fruits for even grilling.

Combine the melted jalapeno jelly with lime juice in a small bowl, stirring until smooth.

Brush the fruit skewers generously with the jalapeno jelly mixture on all sides.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes, rotating halfway through, until light grill marks appear and the fruit begins to caramelize.

Transfer the grilled fruit to a cutting board and allow to cool for 1–2 minutes until safe to handle.

Slide the grilled fruit off the skewers into a bowl, breaking the chunks into bite-sized pieces as needed.

Add the minced green onion, crystallized ginger, mint, cilantro, diced red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the grilled fruit.
