Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

Combine uncooked quick oatmeal, chopped peanuts, Grape-Nuts, bran, wheat germ, and granulated sugar substitute in a large bowl, stirring until evenly distributed.

Drizzle vegetable oil over the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly until all oatmeal and dry components are lightly coated.

Spread the mixture evenly across a large baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until the granola is golden brown and fragrant.

Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to allow it to set and crisp up.

Transfer the granola to a large bowl and stir in raisins once it has cooled slightly.
