Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Combine rolled oats, wheat germ, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds in a large bowl.

Add cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground nutmeg to the oat mixture and stir until spices are evenly distributed.

Whisk together apple juice, blackstrap molasses, safflower oil, vanilla, and almond extract in a small bowl until well combined.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly until all oats, seeds, and nuts are evenly coated with the liquid.

Spread the granola mixture in an even layer on two large baking sheets, pressing gently to form clusters.

Bake for 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even toasting and prevent burning.
