Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Vanilla Yogurt

Ingredients
- 2 cups
- good honey2 tablespoons
- ½ teaspoon
- seeds scraped from ½ vanilla bean1 unitoptional
- orange½ unitjuiced
- banana1 unitsliced
- ½ pint
- ½ pint
- fresh strawberries1 pinthulled and cut in half
- bunch seedless green grapes1 unithalved
Method

Combine plain yogurt, honey, and pure vanilla extract in a medium bowl, whisking until smooth and well blended.

If using vanilla bean seeds, scrape them from the pod and stir into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.

Juice the half orange and gently fold the fresh orange juice into the honey vanilla yogurt.

Slice the banana into rounds and arrange on the bottom of a large serving bowl or individual bowls.

Distribute the fresh blueberries, fresh raspberries, hulled and halved fresh strawberries, and halved seedless green grapes evenly over the banana slices.

Spoon the honey vanilla yogurt over the fresh fruit, drizzling it across the top and allowing some fruit to remain visible.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving to keep the fruit fresh and yogurt chilled.
