Combine plain low-fat yogurt, part-skin ricotta cheese, and pure vanilla extract in a blender.

Add frozen strawberries and frozen orange juice concentrate to the blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes, scraping down sides if needed.

Divide the mixture evenly into 4 serving glasses or bowls.
