Strawberry Banana Shake

Shakes are easy to prepare and will easily travel with you in a cup. Make one on your way out the door to drink on the way to work.

Method

Pour the unsweetened pineapple juice into a blender.

Add the plain low-fat yogurt to the blender with the pineapple juice.

Add the frozen unsweetened strawberries to the blender.

Add granulated sugar if desired for extra sweetness, then secure the blender lid.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.

Divide the shake evenly among 4 serving glasses and serve immediately.
