Crush the vitamin C tablets into fine powder using a mortar and pestle or the back of a spoon, then set aside.

Pour the orange juice into a blender, then add the strawberries, raspberries, and chopped mango.

Add the yogurt, ice cubes, ground flax seed, and wheat germ to the blender.

Add the crushed vitamin C powder to the blender and secure the lid tightly.

Blend on high speed for 60–90 seconds until the mixture is smooth and no chunks of fruit remain.
