Method

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon in a small bowl and whisk together.

Beat softened margarine, sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Add eggs one at a time to the margarine mixture, beating well after each addition, then mix in vanilla extract.

Gradually fold the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients until combined.

Stir in rolled oats, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Spread batter evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan, pressing gently to level the surface.

Bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
