Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread about 5 tablespoons of reduced-fat cream cheese evenly across the entire tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.

Place 2 spinach leaves in the center of the tortilla, laying them parallel to each other to form a bed.

Layer 2 ounces of sliced roast beef on top of the spinach leaves, distributing it evenly across the width of the tortilla.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sliced red onion over the roast beef, distributing it evenly.

Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up, folding in the sides as you roll to enclose the filling completely. Wrap the finished roll in parchment paper or plastic wrap to hold it together.

Repeat steps 1–5 with the remaining 3 tortillas, cream cheese, spinach, roast beef, and red onion until all 4 wraps are assembled.

Slice each wrap in half diagonally if desired for easier serving, or leave whole. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
