    jack or mozzarella cheese, grated

  • fresh vegetables (peppers
    onions, tomatoes, , and your other favorites, chopped

Method

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange the flour tortillas on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Spread a thin, even layer of pizza or pasta sauce over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Distribute the chopped fresh vegetables (peppers, onions, tomatoes, and other favorites) evenly over the sauce on each tortilla.

Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese (or jack/mozzarella) generously over the vegetables and sauce on each tortilla.
