Bring chicken stock to a boil in a large pot over high heat.

Add minced garlic, ginger slices, kaffir lime leaves, and lemongrass pieces to the boiling stock.

Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse the aromatics into the broth.
