Ingredients
- (8 ounces) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls1 unit

In a large bowl, combine warm water, active dry yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy and activated.

Add flour, salt, and a drizzle of olive oil to the yeast mixture, then knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is smooth and elastic. Form the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl.

Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and allow the dough to rise in a warm, draft-free location until it has doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into small, equal-sized portions, then shape each portion into a bite-sized round or square. Place the pieces onto the prepared baking sheet.

Spread a small amount of pizza sauce or tomato paste onto the top of each dough piece, then generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese over each one.
