Turner Estate Salad Seasoning
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Turner Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1997.

Method
1
Grate or finely shred the Parmesan cheese using a microplane or box grater, ensuring the pieces are small and uniform for even distribution throughout the seasoning blend.
2
Measure out the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, celery seed, dill seed, and basil into small bowls for easy access during mixing.
3
Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, celery seed, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, dill seed, and basil in a medium mixing bowl.
4
Whisk the ingredients together thoroughly using a fork or small whisk for 2-3 minutes until all components are evenly distributed and no clumps remain.
5
Break apart any remaining clusters of Parmesan or seeds by pressing them against the side of the bowl with the back of a spoon.
6
Transfer the seasoning blend to an airtight container or glass jar and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for up to 3 months.
7
Use approximately 2-3 tablespoons of the seasoning blend per salad serving, adjusting to taste preference and spice tolerance.
