- 1/4 teaspoon
Method

Combine dried minced onion, crushed dried parsley leaves, dried green pepper flakes, salt or salt substitute, dried minced garlic, ground basil, granulated sugar, and ground oregano in a small bowl.

Crush the dried parsley leaves with the back of a spoon or between your fingers to release their flavor and break them into smaller pieces.

Stir all ingredients together thoroughly until evenly distributed and no clumps remain.

Transfer the finished seasoning blend to an airtight container or spice jar for storage.

Label the container with the blend name and date prepared for easy identification.

To use, sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons of seasoning blend per pound of cooked spaghetti, adjusting to taste preference.
