Sauce for Blooming Onions This can be used for what ever you want but I made this for Fathers day along with my blooming onion recipe. My SIL said it tastes just like Outback Steak House makes.

Combine the sour cream and hot salsa in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended.

Add the chili powder and Old Bay seasoning to the mixture, stirring until the spices are fully incorporated and no streaks remain.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the heat level and seasoning as desired. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately alongside the blooming onions for dipping.
