Ohio Whipped Cream Chocolate Frosting
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Butler Estate in Irving, Texas in 1988.

Sift together cocoa and granulated sugar in a small bowl to remove any lumps and combine evenly.

Pour cold heavy whipping cream into a chilled mixing bowl and begin beating on medium speed with an electric mixer.

Gradually sprinkle the cocoa-sugar mixture into the whipping cream while continuing to beat, incorporating it fully.

Add vanilla extract and continue beating on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, approximately 3-4 minutes.
