Combine cooked brown rice and skim milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring to blend the ingredients together evenly.

Add brown sugar and cinnamon to the saucepan, stirring well to incorporate the spices and sweetener throughout the mixture.

Stir in the raisins and continue to cook over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
