Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine the old-fashioned oats, slivered almonds, unsweetened shredded coconut, ground cinnamon, and packed brown sugar in a large bowl.

Pour the thawed frozen apple juice concentrate over the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly until all components are evenly coated and no dry pockets remain.

Spread the mixture in a single, even layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes, stirring every 8-10 minutes to ensure even toasting and prevent burning. The granola is done when golden brown and fragrant.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the granola to cool completely on the sheet for about 10-15 minutes; it will continue to crisp as it cools.

Once cooled, break the granola into desired-sized clusters and transfer to a large bowl or airtight container.

Fold in the dried sour cherries and golden raisins gently to distribute evenly throughout.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks, and serve with yogurt, milk, or as a snack by the handful.
