Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8x8 inch or similar baking dish with butter.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the quick-cooking oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, milk powder, and salt, stirring until evenly mixed.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, water, and melted butter until well combined.

Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork and stir it into the wet ingredient mixture until smooth and fully incorporated.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry oat mixture and stir until everything is evenly combined and no dry pockets remain.

Transfer the oatmeal mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out into an even layer.
