Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Combine cooked chicken cubes, cooked rice, sliced celery, chopped green bell pepper, chopped onion, and diced pimento in a large mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chicken bouillon granules, and ground black pepper until well blended.

Add the mayonnaise mixture and chopped hard-cooked eggs to the chicken-rice mixture, stirring gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed and moistened.

Transfer the casserole mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it in an even layer.

Sprinkle soft bread crumbs evenly over the top of the casserole.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the casserole is heated through and the bread crumb topping is lightly golden.
