- cm bunch cellophane noodles10 unit
- Chicken or Pork bone stock5 cups
- Onion1 unitfinely sliced

- button Mushrooms6 unitsliced

- (4oz) fresh shrimps or prawns125 g
- zucchini1 unitfinely sliced in discs

Soak the cellophane noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes until pliable, then drain and set aside.

Heat the chicken or pork bone stock in a large pot over medium-high heat until it reaches a gentle simmer.

Add the finely sliced onion and garlic to the simmering stock, stirring occasionally to release their aromatics.

Add the sliced button mushrooms and zucchini discs to the pot, cooking for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

Stir in the soy sauce and soaked cellophane noodles, distributing the noodles evenly throughout the broth.

Add the fresh shrimps or prawns to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
