Method

1
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground turkey, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes.
2
Drain any excess fat from the skillet and stir in the two jars of marinara pasta sauce, combining well.

3
In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, slightly beaten egg, half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley until fully mixed.
4
Spread a thin layer of the turkey-marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
5
Arrange 4 no-boil lasagna noodles in a single layer over the sauce, breaking them as needed to fit.
6
Spread half of the ricotta mixture evenly over the noodles.
7
Layer 4 more noodles over the ricotta mixture.
8
Spread half of the remaining turkey-marinara sauce over the noodles.
9
Arrange the final 4 noodles over the sauce.
10
Spread the remaining ricotta mixture over the final layer of noodles.
11
Top with the remaining turkey-marinara sauce and sprinkle the reserved mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
12
Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 35 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
