Ingredients

- 1 sprig
- 1 tsp
- mid sized carrots (chopped2-3 unitabout 1/4 inch or shredded)
- sticks of celery (chopped1-2 unitabout 1/4 inch)
- 1 lbs
- of tomato pulp3-4 cups
- basil leaves (depending on size7-10 unitfinely chopped)
- 1 unit
- 1 quart
- 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup
- salt1 unitpepper
- 4-5 sprigs
- 1 unit
- one box of Lasagne plates1 unit
- of grated mozzarella1 1/2 cups

cut all ingredients that must be chopped before starting to cook

heat olive oil in large pot on medium heat

put in onion and garlic, stir

let fry for about 2-3 min., careful: donnot burn the garlic!!

after 1 min add rosemary and oregano

enter carrots and celery, stir

let cook for another 2 min

add ground beef, stir

cook until all is browned

add tomato pulp, stir

add basil, salt, pepper, stir

cook everything for about 20 min, stirring occasionally

if it gets too thick, add some water

preheat oven to 390°F/200°C

cover bottom of casserole dish with a bit of Bolognese sauce

cover with a layer of Lasagne plates, break to fit if necessary

layer on some Bolognese sauce and Bechamel sauce

keep on layering Lasagne plates, Bolognese sauce and Bechamel sauce until edge of dish reached
