Combine ground turkey, cooked rice, grated onion, chili sauce, beaten egg, worcestershire sauce, crushed garlic clove, salt, and ground black pepper in a large mixing bowl.

Mix the ingredients together with your hands or a wooden spoon until just combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty approximately ¾ inch thick.

Lightly coat a large skillet or griddle with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.

Place the patties onto the hot skillet, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.

Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on the first side until golden brown and a crust forms.
