Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and green pepper squares, stirring occasionally until softened, about 4-5 minutes.

Pour both cans of condensed cream of chicken soup into the skillet, stirring well to combine with the vegetables.

Add the cooked turkey cubes and cooked ham cubes to the soup mixture, stirring to distribute evenly throughout.

Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and toasted sliced almonds, mixing gently to incorporate all ingredients.

Simmer the mixture over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and flavors are combined.
