Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and lemon juice; set aside.

Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, dried oregano, and white pepper.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken pieces and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Pour the olive oil and lemon juice mixture over the chicken. Add tomato sauce and hot chicken stock to the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

While the chicken bakes, bring the hot water to a boil in a separate pot. Add fusilli pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente, then drain.

Remove the skillet from the oven. Stir the cooked pasta directly into the chicken and sauce mixture.

Divide the chicken, pasta, and sauce among four serving bowls. Sprinkle each portion with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
