Combine Bisquick, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, and pepper in a shallow dish and mix well.

Pat the chicken breast halves dry with paper towels, then coat each piece evenly in the Bisquick mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add the coated chicken pieces to the hot skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on the first side until golden brown.
