Ingredients

Method

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to about ¼-inch thickness using a meat mallet or the bottom of a heavy pan.

Divide the Swiss cheese and smoked ham evenly between the two chicken breasts, layering them on one half of each breast.

Fold each chicken breast in half over the filling to enclose it completely, pressing the edges gently to seal.

Place each folded chicken breast in the center of a 12x18-inch sheet of non-stick foil.

Divide the frozen vegetable blend evenly between the two foil packets, distributing them around the chicken.

Spoon half of the Alfredo sauce over each chicken breast and vegetables.

Sprinkle paprika evenly over the chicken in both packets for seasoning and color.

Fold the foil edges up and over the contents to create sealed packets, ensuring no steam can escape prematurely.
