Honey Lime Cantaloupe

Method

Slice the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon, discarding them.

Cut each cantaloupe half into quarters, then peel away the rind with a sharp knife or vegetable peeler.

Cut the peeled cantaloupe flesh into bite-size cubes and transfer to a serving bowl.

Combine the honey, grated lime peel, and lime juice in a small bowl and whisk together until blended.

Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the cantaloupe cubes and toss gently to coat evenly.
