Method

Combine desiccated coconut, rice bubbles, sultanas, currants, and raisins in a large mixing bowl, stirring until evenly distributed.

Add icing sugar and whole powdered milk to the bowl, mixing thoroughly to combine all dry ingredients.

Melt Kremelta in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until completely smooth.

Remove melted Kremelta from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the warm Kremelta mixture into the dry ingredients and stir vigorously until all components are well coated and the mixture comes together into a stiff consistency.

Line a 20 cm (8 inch) square baking tin with baking paper, allowing excess to overhang the edges for easy removal.

Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared tin using the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the mixture is firm and set.

Lift the White Christmas from the tin using the overhanging baking paper and place on a cutting board.

Cut into small squares or rectangles using a sharp knife, wiping the blade between cuts for clean edges.

Store the pieces in an airtight container in a cool place until ready to serve.
