In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and several drops of green food coloring, stirring thoroughly until the mixture achieves a uniform, reptilian green hue.

Fold the raisins into the peanut butter mixture, distributing them evenly throughout.

Spread the green peanut butter and raisin filling evenly into the prepared pie dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula.

Arrange marshmallows in a single, even layer across the top of the filling, covering it completely to form the signature scaly topping.

Brush the marshmallows lightly with a mixture of water and a few additional drops of green food coloring to enhance the reptilian color effect.
