Honey Peanut Butter Balls
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Huey Estate in Richardson, Texas in 1988.

Combine non-fat dry milk, creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl, stirring until well blended and the mixture begins to come together.

Fold the chopped peanuts into the mixture until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Add the wheat germ and mix thoroughly until the texture becomes stiff enough to hold a shape.

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands, placing each completed ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.

Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm them up and make them easier to handle.

Transfer the honey peanut butter balls to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
