Very Rich Very Good Banana Pudding
From my Aunt Lois' collection. I have found memories of eating this when I was a child living in Dayton, Ohio in the 60's. Date unknown.

Method
1
Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold milk, and instant vanilla pudding in a large bowl until smooth and thickened, about 2-3 minutes. The mixture should reach a pudding-like consistency.
2
Fold the Cool Whip gently into the pudding mixture using a spatula until fully combined and no white streaks remain.
3
Arrange a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom of a serving dish or individual bowls.
4
Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the wafers, then add a layer of sliced bananas.
5
Repeat the layers—wafers, pudding mixture, and bananas—until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding mixture on top.
6
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the wafers to soften slightly.
