Ingredients
- 2¾ cups

- low-fat vanilla ice cream½ cup

Method

Brew strong coffee and measure out 2¾ cups into a large pot or saucepan, keeping it hot.

Stir the sugar into the hot coffee until fully dissolved.

Pour the dark rum into the sweetened coffee and stir to combine.

Divide the hot coffee mixture evenly among four serving cups.

Place a cinnamon stick (if using) into each cup as a stirrer and flavor accent.

Top each cup with approximately 2 tablespoons of low-fat vanilla ice cream, allowing it to melt slightly into the hot coffee.

Serve immediately while the coffee is hot and the ice cream is still melting.
