Ingredients
- cocoa powder2 tbspunsweetened
- 2 tbsp
- strong brewed coffee1½ cupspreferably espresso or Cuban
- few drops mint flavoring1 unit
Method

Brew 1½ cups of strong coffee using espresso or Cuban coffee and set aside to cool to room temperature.

Combine 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 tbsp sugar in a large blender.

Pour the cooled brewed coffee into the blender with the cocoa and sugar mixture.

Add a few drops of mint flavoring to the blender.

Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and well combined.
