Peel the banana and slice it into chunks approximately 1 inch in size.

Add the banana chunks, mango slices, plain yogurt, apple juice, and honey to a blender in that order.

Add the crushed ice to the blender on top of the other ingredients.

Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.

Check the consistency and texture; blend for an additional 15–20 seconds if a smoother blend is desired.
