Method

Peel the fresh papaya and remove seeds, then cut the flesh into chunks suitable for blending.

Place the frozen banana, papaya chunks, and raspberries into a blender.

Pour the water or fruit juice over the fruit in the blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
